Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 2 September 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses Lebah.io, operated by Jom Belajar Sdn Bhd (Company No. 202501012048). Because the Service places and receives real phone calls on your behalf, misuse can harm real people and put our infrastructure, our carriers, and other customers at risk. You are fully responsible for how you and your users use the Service and for all calls and content generated through your account. Breaching this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination, number reclamation, and reporting to authorities, without refund or liability to us.
1. Legal and regulatory compliance
You must comply with all laws and regulations that apply to your calls and data in every relevant jurisdiction, including telecommunications, telemarketing, consumer-protection, do-not-call, anti-spam, anti-fraud, and data-protection and call-recording laws. You are responsible for determining what applies to you and for maintaining any required licences, registrations, or consents.
2. Prohibited uses
You must not use the Service to:
- Break any law, regulation, carrier requirement, or third-party right.
- Make fraudulent, deceptive, scam, phishing, or misleading calls, or impersonate any person, business, brand, or authority.
- Spoof, falsify, or misrepresent caller identity or origin, or disguise the automated nature of a call where disclosure is required.
- Contact people without a lawful basis, contact those who have opted out or asked not to be contacted, or call numbers on any applicable do-not-call registry without a valid exemption.
- Record or monitor calls without the consent or notice required by law.
- Send, solicit, or facilitate content or activity that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that promotes violence, self-harm, illegal goods or services, gambling where prohibited, or scams.
- Distribute malware, conduct social-engineering or credential-harvesting, or attempt to defraud recipients.
- Use the Service for emergency, medical, safety-of-life, telemetry, or other critical communications.
- Interfere with, overload, disrupt, probe, or attempt to bypass the Service's limits, security, filtering, or integrity, or those of our carriers or providers.
- Exceed, circumvent, or manipulate your plan's allowances, concurrency, or rate limits, or auto-dial in a manner that abuses networks.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except your own authorised users, or share account credentials.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, copy, or create derivative or competing works from the Service.
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or confidentiality rights.
3. Your operational obligations
- Maintain a lawful basis and any required consent to contact each recipient, and honour opt-out and do-not-call requests promptly.
- Give any legally required identification and recording disclosure during calls, and enable the recording announcement where notice is required.
- Keep what your AI Agents say accurate and not misleading, review and supervise their scripts and behaviour, and take full responsibility for their output.
- Provide accurate verification information, keep it current, and maintain the security of your account and users.
- Respond promptly to complaints and to any request we make relating to your use of the Service.
4. Monitoring and enforcement
We are not obliged to monitor use, but we may investigate suspected breaches and access account and call data as needed to protect the Service, comply with law, or respond to complaints. We may, at our discretion and without prior notice or liability, suspend or terminate access, throttle or block traffic, remove content, reclaim or release numbers, and report unlawful activity to authorities, carriers, or affected parties. We may act immediately where there is risk of harm, legal exposure, carrier action, or damage to the Service. You will indemnify us for any claims, penalties, or costs arising from your breach of this AUP, as set out in the Terms.
